Century College alum Marie Hagberg of Orono has been named a winner in the National Kitchen & Bath Association Student Design Competition for 2008.
Hagberg, who now works as a design assistant with Sawhill Custom Kitchen and Design, won third place in the competition that focuses on designing a bathroom space. She will receive her award at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show in Chicago on April 11.
Hagberg is a May 2007 graduate of Century College’s Kitchen and Bath Design Program. The program offers classes that are held in International Market Square in Minneapolis, and is the only one-year program that is also available online.
